Smoking & Pets
For the comfort and convenience of all our guests the Apartment is a no smoking area (Although you are welcome to smoke on the Lanai (That’s Balcony to us Brit’s)
Pets are not permitted without specific prior approval.
Reservations crossing over different seasons will be prorated by their prospective rate and season.
The applicant accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the party, whose names must appear on the booking form.
Check in / out times.
The apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival**. It must be vacated by 10am on the morning of your departure to allow cleaning to commence before the arrival of the next guests. If necessary other arrangements may be made providing sufficient notice is given.
** During the season (i.e. From Christmas to Easter Check-ins are “normally” on Saturdays only, but we may be able to make exceptions subject to availability)
Deposit / Payment
We require a £100 deposit due at time of reservation. The balance is due 60 days before arrival If booking less than 60 days before arrival then the full amount is due at time of booking.
A security deposit will be held against your credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) at check-in . This will be rescinded after inspection of the apartment post check-out. Any damage caused during your stay, accidental or otherwise in excess of $15, will be charged to your card.
Cleaning will take place prior to your arrival and after your departure. It is expected that all kitchen utensils and crockery will be washed and stored prior to your departure. There is a mandatory “end of rental” cleaning fee of $125+tax. If a weekly clean is required for longer stays, please request this at the time of booking. We reserve the right to withhold any monies from the security deposit where extra cleaning is necessary.
More than 60 Days from date of vacation – loss of deposit
59 – 45 days from date of vacation – 25% of rental
44 – 30 days from date of vacation – 50% of rental
Less than 30 days from date of vacation – no refund
** In the event of any cancellation we will make every effort to re-let the apartment. In the case of us managing to re-let part or all of your booked week(s) we will refund that part of your booking in full less a £50 administration charge.
